How to apply
Pick your track
1
Age criteria
Children born between March 2023 and February 2024.

Prepare documents
NADRA birth certificate, NADRA B-Form, CNIC copies of both parents, and 2 passport-size photographs.

Get the form
Digital form issuance from the website and Facebook page, followed by issuance from the school premises.

Submit in person
Bring the completed form and documents to the school premises on the announced submission dates.
5
Interview
After submission, an interview (child assessment) date is given.
6
Results & fee
The list of successful students is displayed on the notice board, followed by the fee submission deadline.
Required Documents
Original computerized Birth Certificate at the time of form submission.
Photocopy of computerized Birth Certificate (NADRA) and B-Form of the child.
One photograph of the candidate along with parents (6 x 4 inches).
A brief progress report from the Headmistress/Principal of the previous school (not required for existing MCDC students).
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (for students joining from outside MCDC only).
Two recent passport-size photographs of the candidate.
One copy of valid CNIC of both parents.
